In-Person Community Events

We have partnered with the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach to offer free, in-person support to all local senior citizens on an appointment-only basis. To learn more and book an appointment, click here.

Phone Call Support

Our volunteers personally call senior citizens every weekend for private support.

No robots, no buttons, no software; just simple, one-on-one help.

To sign up, simply call 561-444-TECH or sign up online to be added to the list.

In-Person Support with Partners

We work directly with select local organizations to provide in-person, one-on-one support to their senior population.

Right now, we are working with MorseLife to provide support for their residents, and we plan to work with more organizations soon to provide in-person support for as many seniors as possible.

Remote Support

SFTFS uses state-of the-art software to take control of computers remotely, allowing us to diagnose and fix problems without even having to be in the room. Available on select devices during our phone call sessions, we make it as simple as possible to get up and running with remote support.

Zoom/Facetime Video Support

If you are already familiar with Zoom or FaceTime, we can move our phone call sessions over to a video call with ease. This way, we can see each other and you can show us exactly what you need help with.

Just request Zoom or FaceTime support while on the phone with SFTFS.

Hardware Drop Off

New laptop? No problem.

For portable devices that require hardware attention (like a new battery, storage upgrade, physical reset, or more), we can take the device temporarily to fix everything that needs fixing—all while remaining safely separated.

Devices are disinfected before returned.

House Calls

Got a problem that can't be solved remotely or can't make it to one of out tech support sessions? You're in luck. SFTFS can travel to some individuals' homes for in-person support.
