Keeping you Informed about COVID-19 Vaccines
Getting a COVID vaccine is challenging and confusing, but it doesn't have to be.
That's why we created our COVID-19 vaccine info portal, a constantly updating page with information and resources about where and how you can sign up for vaccines appointments.
SFTFS is helping schedule appointments for some seniors who do not have access to the internet. If you know someone who needs our help, tell them to call 561-444-TECH.
Phone Call Support
Our volunteers personally call senior citizens every weekend for private support.
No robots, no buttons, no software; just simple, one-on-one help.

Zoom Video Support
If you are already familiar with Zoom, we can move our phone call sessions over to a Zoom video call with ease. This way, we can see each other and you can show us exactly what you need help with.
Just request Zoom support while on the phone with SFTFS.
SFTFS uses state-of the-art remote-access software to take control of seniors' computers, allowing us to diagnose and fix problems without even having to be in the room. Available on select devices during our phone call sessions, we make it as simple as possible to get up and running with remote support.
Hardware Drop Off
New laptop? No problem.
For portable devices that require hardware attention (like a new battery, storage upgrade, physical reset, or more), we can take the device temporarily to fix everything that needs fixing—all while remaining safely separated.
Devices are disinfected before returned.

Temporarily Unavailable due to COVID-19
The following services are currently unavailable due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place. We are taking every measure possible to protect the health and safety of our clients and volunteers.
We work directly with local organizations, including MorseLife, to provide in-person support to their residents. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has forced us to transition to remote methods of support in order to ensure the health and safety of our volunteers and senior citizens. In the meantime, check out all the amazing remote services we have to offer!
Got a problem that can't be solved remotely or can't make it to one of out tech support sessions? You're in luck. SFTFS can travel to some individuals' homes for in-person support.
We follow strict measures to ensure the health and safety of our clients and volunteers.
